We deliver throughout George and surrounding towns/villages including:

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Hoekwil, Wilderness Heights or futher than Outeniquastrand in Glentana.

All prices are subject to change and are valid while stocks last. All prices are VAT inclusive (VAT: 4260316122). Invoices are available on request.

Even though we select and prepare only the freshest flowers available, delivered products may vary in appearance when compared to images on the website. This is due to the nature of the product.

Product photography may depict the use of props, like wooden blocks and glassware. These props are for aesthetic purposes only and will not be included within the final gift. For any queries regarding what the recipient will be receiving, please read the product description provided

While substitute items in a gift are very rare, the right is reserved to make these substitutions without notifying the customer, unless the substitutions are significant. In these cases, there will be an attempt to contact you. All substitutions are of equal or greater value and look as similar as possible to the product displayed on the website.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement due to the season, and nature of fresh produce availability of certain flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, every attempt will be made to match the flower type, but substitutes may be made with similar colours when necessary.

If the floral or gift creation didn’t tick all the right boxes and you or that special someone are not 100% satisfied, let us know within 48 hours. The item will be assessed and if deemed faulty, will be collected and replaced at no expense to you. Alternatively, after collection, you’ll be provided with a refund.

Please ensure that all recipient names and card messages are spelt correctly. Messages and names are printed exactly as provided so its key that all info is accurate so that your gift will be perfect!

For security reasons, Whatsapp messages may be sent to the recipient before delivery to let them know to expect something special.

Not all our flowers and plants are good enough to eat (with caution for children and pets). Please keep all arrangements out of reach of children and pets.

Packaging for gifts and floral arrangements is subject to change. Paper sheets for floral arrangements and bouquets may be substituted with cello sleeves or different coloured paper.


We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time on the day, although if you have requested a specific delivery time, we will make every effort to adhere to it. On big flower days (e.g. Valentine’s and Mother’s Day) we cannot commit to a delivery time due to the sheer volume of orders. Rest assured, your flowers will be delivered on the day.

Our deliveries leave the shop at the following times:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:30 (orders placed before 10:00) and 14:00 (orders placed between 10:00 and 13:00)
  • Saturday: 10:30 (orders placed before 10:0)

To ensure that delivery takes place as you have requested, please ensure that the address you have provided is as complete as possible and that a contact number has been provided for the intended recipient.

It is the responsibility of the sender to provide us with the correct delivery address. We take no responsibility if the information provided to us is incorrect which may lead to an inability to deliver. Additional delivery fees will apply to deliver to the correct address.

Certain Delivery Destinations Would Require Additional Detail:

Delivery to a Business:

  • Name of the recipient
  • Telephone extension number (if available)
  • Office No/Department
  • Floor No/Division
  • Company/Building Name

Delivery To A Hospital (Get Well):

  • Name of the patient
  • Hospital Name
  • Patient’s Ward/Room number

(Please check to see whether the patient is likely to be discharged before scheduling the delivery)

Delivery To Hotel

  • Room number and check-in date and time (if not already checked in) and check-out date.
  • Delivery To A Funeral Home
  • Name of the deceased, or the family’s name
  • Date/Time of the service
  • Name of the Funeral Home


All payments must be made in full prior to collection or delivery unless prior arrangements have been made. In such instances, all invoices must be paid in full within 7 days after which a weekly, incremental late fee of 10% will be implemented until such time as the invoice has been settled. We reserve the right to take legal action to recover any outstanding fees.

Cancellation Policy

In case of an event being canceled, we require written notification. Upon payment of an order the following cancellation charges will apply:

  • 30 days prior to the event – 20%
  • 15 days prior to the event – 50%
  • 7 days or less prior to the event – 100%
