Where do you deliver to and how much does it cost?
We deliver throughout George and surrounding towns/villages including:
George (6529, 6530) – R80
Wilderness, up to The Waves Hotel/Caltex circle (6560) – R140
Glentana (6525) – R140
Herold’s Bay (6615) – R140
Groot Brakrivier, up to Outeniquastrand (6525) – R160
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Hoekwil or Wilderness Heights.
What is the latest I can order for same day delivery?
Orders placed before 13:00 (Mon – Fri) and 10:00 on Saturday’s are guaranteed same day delivery. Orders placed after that will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery.
Do you accept orders from overseas?
Yes we do! Through our trusted partner, Yoco, we accept all international credit cards. Payment is made through a secure payment link.
How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before 09:00 on the day of delivery. Please do not reply to your order confirmation email as we will not receive it. In the case of same day orders, unfortunately, if the flowers have already been cut, we will not be able to provide a refund.
Can I order for a day in the future?
Absolutely! When you check out, select your delivery date and we’ll ensure your gift is delivered on that day.
What time will my gift be delivered?
Deliveries go out at 10:30 and 14:00 on weekdays, and 10:30 on Saturdays. If it is critical that your delivery arrives at a certain time, please let us know and we will try and assist.
What happens if the recipient is not home when we deliver?
We will do everything in our power to deliver to your recipient on your selected day. If they are not available, we will get in touch to see if we can arrange an alternative delivery. For orders outside of George, we will Whatsapp the recipient to ensure they are available that afternoon (don’t worry, we won’t ruin the surprise). If we cannot deliver, we will ask the recipient to collect from our premises in George.
Why are Flowers for Me only delivered to estates?
To keep deliveries consistent and cost effective, we only deliver to selected estates during the week. Don’t worry, we have a host of other products available that you can choose from which will be delivered to your door. Just because you don’t live in an estate doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be spoilt.
What if I am unhappy with my delivery?
While we create every arrangement with love, we understand if it does not meet your expectations. We use only the freshest local, seasonal flowers in our arrangements and the photos on the website may not look exactly like the arrangement. Please feel free to contact us on 061 389 5924 with photos and why you are unhappy, and we’ll do everything we can to rectify the situation.
