What is the latest I can order for same day delivery?

Orders placed before 14:00 (Mon – Fri) and 09h30 on Saturday’s are guaranteed same day delivery. Orders placed after that will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery.

Do you accept orders from overseas?

Yes, we do! Let your loved ones living far, know that it’s easier than ever to let you know they are thinking of you. Thanks to our trusted partner, Yoco, we accept all international credit cards. Payment is made through a secure payment link sent via email or messaging.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, please send an email to babsithesunflower@gmail.com before 09:00 on the day of delivery. Please do not reply to your order confirmation email as we will not receive it. In the case of same day orders, unfortunately, if the flowers have already been cut, we are not able to provide a refund.

Can I order for a day in the future?

Absolutely! When you check out, select your delivery date and we’ll ensure your gift or bouquet is delivered on that day.

What time will my gift be delivered?

Deliveries go out at 10:30 and 14:30 on weekdays, and 10:30 on Saturdays. If it is critical that your delivery arrives at a certain time, please let us know and we will try and assist.

What happens if the recipient is not home when we deliver?

We will do everything in our power to deliver to your recipient on your selected day. If they are not available, we will get in touch to see if we can arrange an alternative delivery. For orders outside of George, we will WhatsApp the recipient to ensure they are available that afternoon (don’t worry, we won’t ruin the surprise). If we cannot deliver, we will ask the recipient to collect from our premises in George.

What if I am unhappy with my delivery?

While we create every arrangement with love, we understand if it does not meet your expectations. We use only the freshest local, seasonal flowers in our arrangements and the photos on the website may not look exactly like the arrangement. Please feel free to contact us on 061 389 5924 with photos and why you are unhappy, and we’ll do everything we can to rectify the situation.
