Yes.
Morning Delivery
Orders placed before 09h45 will be delivered on the same day during our morning delivery run. Deliveries leave our shop from 10h30.
Afternoon Delivery
Orders placed before 13h00 will be delivered on the same day during our afternoon delivery run. Deliveries leave our shop from 14h30.
While we always do our best to accommodate urgent requests, same-day delivery cannot be guaranteed during peak periods such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
Yes. We offer morning, afternoon and specific-time deliveries where possible.
Please note that during busy periods such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and deliveries will take place within the selected delivery window.
Yes. Saturday deliveries leave our shop from 10h00.
Our shop is open until 11h00 on Saturdays.
Our shop is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays, and deliveries are not available on these days.

This helps us ensure someone is available to receive the order and allows us to coordinate successful delivery.
Yes.
We regularly deliver to hospitals, schools, businesses, guest houses, hotels, lodges and other venues.
To avoid delays, please provide as much information as possible when placing your order, including:
- Hospital name, ward and bed number
- School name and department
- Business name and recipient department
- Guest house, hotel or lodge name and room number
In most cases, we notify the sender once delivery has been completed.
During exceptionally busy periods, such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, delivery confirmations may be delayed while our team focuses on completing deliveries as efficiently as possible.
We are always happy to assist with special delivery requirements where possible.
