1. Delivery Areas & Fees
We deliver throughout George and surrounding towns/villages:

R120 – Victoria Heights, Welgelegen Estate, Victoria Heights, George Airport, Thembalethu, Wilderness, Le Grande Estate, Breakwater/The Brink, Heroldsbay, Oubaai, Geelhoutboom, Arendsrus, Nelson Mandela University.

2. Product Availability & Substitutions

We always use the freshest flowers available. Because flowers are natural products, arrangements may vary slightly from the website images.

Props used in product photography (such as vases, blocks, or glassware) are not included unless specified in the product description.

On rare occasions, substitutions may be made. These will always be of equal or greater value and in line with the arrangement’s style and color scheme.

During peak seasons (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), certain flowers may be substituted due to availability.
3. Flower Care

Care instructions are included with every bouquet or arrangement.
-
With proper care, flowers typically last 5–10 days.
-
Keep flowers in a cool space (15–25°C) and away from direct sunlight, heaters, and fruit bowls.

Some flowers (e.g. Lilies, Tulips, Chrysanthemums, Daffodils, Iris, Foxglove) may be toxic to pets and children – please keep arrangements out of reach.
4. Packaging

Wrapping paper, ribbons, or sleeves may vary depending on stock availability.

Substituted packaging will always maintain the quality and presentation of your arrangement.
5. Delivery Schedule

Monday – Friday:

Orders placed before 10h00 → Delivered after 10h30

Orders placed before 13h30 → Delivered after 14h00

Saturday:

Orders placed before 10h00 → Delivered after 10h30

We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, but every effort will be made to deliver as close as possible to your request. On major flower days (Valentine’s, Mother’s Day), only same-day delivery is guaranteed.
6. Delivery Information Required
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide complete and accurate details:

Business deliveries: Recipient name, company/building name, office/department, floor/extension number.

Hospital deliveries: Patient’s full name, hospital name, ward/room number. Please confirm the patient is not being discharged before delivery.

Hotel deliveries: Guest name, room number, check-in and check-out dates.
-
Funeral deliveries: Name of the deceased/family, funeral home name, service date and time.
We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional delivery fees may apply if redelivery is required.
7. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full before collection or delivery, unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon in writing.

Invoices must be paid within 7 days. Late payments will incur a 10% weekly late fee until settled.

We reserve the right to take legal action to recover outstanding amounts.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
-
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
-
Refunds are processed as follows:
-
30 days before the event: 80% refund (20% cancellation fee).
-
15 days before the event: 50% refund.
-
7 days or less: No refund.

9. General
-
All prices are VAT inclusive (VAT no. 4260316122).

Prices may change without prior notice and are valid while stocks last.

Invoices are available on request.

For security reasons, WhatsApp notifications may be sent to recipients before delivery.
